By using the Electronic app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

• You must be 18 years or older to use the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Creating more than one account per person is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

• All displayed prices include applicable taxes.
• An order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product availability issues.
• If canceled by us, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

• Delivery dates are estimated and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery by the shipping company.
• If you do not receive your order, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

All app content including logos, images, text, and designs are the exclusive property of Electronic Store and are protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from using the app. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use after modification implies your acceptance of the new terms.

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of product receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.

All of the following conditions must be met:

• Product is in original, unused, unopened condition (if sealed).
• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice are included.
• No signs of damage, scratches, or breakage due to misuse.
• Request submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Opened and activated products (telecom devices and digital products).
• Products classified under special offers and Final Sale discounts.
• Damage resulting from misuse or external accidents.
• Health and personal hygiene products for health reasons.

• Step 1: Contact us via the app or email with your order number.
• Step 2: We will send you reverse shipping instructions within 24 hours.
• Step 3: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
• Step 4: Product review and return approval within 3-5 business days.

• Full refund issued upon return approval within 5-7 business days.
• Refund is returned via the same payment method used at purchase.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

All our electronic products come with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents.
